Setting Up Email and Domain Configuration in LegalBridge

Send client communications directly from your firm’s domain for a professional and seamless experience.

This tutorial walks you through how to configure your custom email domain in LegalBridge so all client communications are sent directly from your professional email address. Instead of using a generic LegalBridge sender, you can link your firm’s domain (e.g., yourfirm.com) so replies go straight to your inbox — maintaining trust and brand consistency.

You’ll learn how to access the Admin Setup → Emails & Domains section and add a new domain. The video explains how to locate the DNS configuration settings, including TXT, MX, and DKIM records, and how to copy and paste these into your domain provider (such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, or Google Domains). Once your DNS records are verified, LegalBridge confirms the connection, allowing all emails to be routed securely from your domain.

Finally, the video covers how to test your configuration, verify email deliverability, and access detailed setup guides for different providers. By completing this setup, your firm’s automated communications — including intake updates, document reminders, and notifications — will appear fully personalized and professional, helping you build stronger client relationships.
