To be eligible, all nominees must meet all of the following requirements:
Active in 2025: You must have worked substantially in immigration law during calendar year 2025.
Good standing: Attorneys must be licensed and in good standing. Paralegals must be employed in a legitimate immigration practice with no disciplinary restrictions.
Complete nomination on time: Submit the nomination form and three mandatory referee testimonials (professional/industry, client, co-worker) by the deadline once we contact you after acceptance of form.
